Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days, depending on location.
Express shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items only.
Customers must provide proof of damage (photos/videos) for return or exchange approval.
Approved returns or exchanges must be sent back in original packaging and unused condition.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
If an incorrect or defective item is received, please contact our support team immediately.
If the product seal is broken, the return or exchange will not be accepted.
